Documents required for full registration:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate
- Immunization Record
- $100.00 Nonrefundable fee (Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten ONLY)
If a student is transferring from another school, a Transfer of Records form (attached to the online application) must be completed for full registration. GACC staff will submit the completed Transfer of Records form to the student's former school.
